There is nothing better to build confidence than to be a part of a team of leaders that is so committed to each other, and that is what we have here at Kasana. This past weekend I went away with our team of elders and management to a primitive retreat center on the shores of Lake Victoria. The accomodations were simple, pit latrines, dorm style beds and out door showers but it provided the atmosphere to build our team. We spent Fri to Mon praying together, talking, studying and just hanging out. It was great!!! Tough to be away from the family but it was really refreshing and energizing.

I am glad that you had some male bonding time and time spent in prayer. I am sure your family missed you as well. Shelby put together two envelopes for the kids that we will be mailing next week. :)
